2# Page par kisi bhi Words ko block kare
Koi aapke page par spam kar raha hai ya fir galat words use kar raha hai? To kyu na un words ko hi block kar diya jaye taki koi un words ko hamare page par post hi na kar paye.
- Apne page ki Settings ko open kare, yaha General tab par Page moderationpar click kare.
- Now wo words add kare jinko aap Block karna chahte hain. And save kare.
3# Page par Visitors Post Disable kare
Aap nahi chahte ki koi visitor aapke Timeline par post kare? Aap sirf apne timeline par khud ki post dekhna chahte hain?
- Apne facebook page ki Settings ko open kare, yaha General tab par Visitors Post me click karke ‘Disable post by other people on the page‘ ko select kare.
4# Visitors ko Auto Reply message Send Kare
Suppose Kisi visitor ne aapko message kiya, uske message karte hi turant us visitors ko aapki taraf se reply mile “thanks for contact, we will reply soon” kuch aisa.
Ji haa facebook page par aap apne visitors ko auto reply send karke apne visitors ko impress kar sakte hain. Kayi companies apne page par is feature ka use karti hain.
- Apne page ki Settings open kare, yaha Messaging tab par ‘Send instant Replies to anyone who messages your page‘ par YES select kare.

5# Page Admin, Moderators ADD kare
Apne kisi friend ko page ka Admin, Moderator banana chahte hain? Aapke paas time na ho page ko manage karne ka to aap kisi aur ko admin ya moderator bana sakte hain.
- Settings ko open kare, yaha Page Roles me aap apne friend list me se ya fir kisi email address se kisi aur person ko add kar sakte hain.
- Role me aap Admin, Editor, Moderator, Advertiser jaise option select kar sakte hain.
6# Page par Kisi user ko BAN kare
Kisi suspicious user ko block karna chahte hain? Agar aapko kisi user se problem hai to aap usko ban kar sakte hain.
- Facebook page par kisi user ko ban karne ke liye Settings open kare, yahaPeople and Other Pages me aapko user ke right side me icon par click karke “Ban from page” select kare.
7# Page ki Full Activity Dekhe
Facebook page ke Analytics tool par aap apne page ki full activity dekh sakte hain jisme visitors, posts, pageview, Likes etc shamil hai.
Apne page ki har movement par aap nazar rakh sakte hain. Theek waise hi jaise aap apni site par Google Analytics tool ka use karte hain.
Apne page ki Full activity dekhne ke liye Insights par click kare.
8# Post Schedule Par Rakhe
Aapke paas 24/7 apne fb page ko manage karne ka samay nahi hota. Aise me regular post karke Timeline updated rakhna muskil hota hai.
Suppose aap kuch din facebook use hi na kare to aap post kaise karenge, yahaPost Scheduling kaam karti hai.
